2007 – Origins

One morning in the summer of 2007, Tom, Julie, and Lou found themselves making a ton of breakfast burritos.  Their company had volunteered to help out with food for a 150-mile bike ride for Multiple Sclerosis.  Julie, announced that she would be riding in 2008.  Tom and Lou echoed the sentiment, and Boston Culinary Team was formed.  Julie rode her bike to work every day for a year to prepare.  Tom and Lou took a less conventional approach by saving up all their energy for the ride itself (and do no training).
