Riders:
Kurt couldn’t make it this year we decided to start the Team Roux MS150 Bike Tour. We would travel to the different cities that our team members are from each year for the upcoming MS150 rides. So Chef Lou and Julie became the first official hosts of the Team Roux MS150 Tour. The Team assembled in Colorado. Eileen, Maurice, and Tom flew in from Florida, and Ethan again from DC.
The name has officially changed from Boston Culinary to Team Roux. And as the newly christened Team Roux, a new team member is added: Coach Larry, Eileen’s father, who flew in from New York. He is a welcome addition to the support team.
A schedule is made up, and over the next years we will travel to Wisconsin to see Kurt, to Miami to see Maurice, and Washington D.C to see Ethan.
